Do I need an ad budget on top?
For Momentum and Growth Partner, yes. Your ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta and we never mark it up. A good starting point is $100 to $200 a week. Kickstart doesn’t need any ad spend.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Everything is weekly with no minimum term and no exit fee. If it isn’t working for you, you can stop any week.
What happens if it doesn't work?
Every package carries its own guarantee. Kickstart: your Google Business Profile and technical SEO fixes are live within 7 days, or that first week is free. Momentum: if you don't have leads within 30 days, every management fee you've paid is refunded in full, ad spend isn't included, that goes straight to Google or Meta. Growth Partner: fire us anytime, no notice and no contract, and whatever month you're in gets refunded in full.
Can I switch packages later?
Any time, in either direction. A lot of businesses start on Kickstart while money is tight, then move up to Momentum when they’re ready for ads.
Why not just pay once for a website and be done with it?
You can. Website Design is a one-off job under Individual Services. The difference with a package is that we keep working on the site every week: testing headings, fixing pages and changing things based on what brings in enquiries. A site that nobody touches slowly falls behind.
Should I buy individual services or a package?
If you need one thing done, buy the one thing. A package is for when you want us looking after your marketing long term. We keep in touch regularly, watch your numbers and keep finding what brings in more customers. Packages also include a new website.
How long before I see results?
With ads, leads typically start arriving within days of launch. SEO takes longer. Expect months, not weeks, but the results keep building over time.
