DigiKraft was built out of two things: seeing NZ business owners stuck with agencies that took too long to deliver average results, or sometimes nothing at all, and a genuine belief that real marketing starts with understanding your business first - not just offering a service.

The marketing industry is full of agencies that sell the big dream, take the money, and don't always follow through. Kirk got sick of watching good business owners get burned by that - people who work hard, do great work, and deserve better than a flashy proposal and a disappearing act.

The second thing was simpler: too many small businesses were falling behind - not because they lacked skill or effort, but because marketing changed faster than anyone expected. Big brands now use AI, automation, and systems that most small business owners don't even know exist. That gap was getting wider.

Kirk started DigiKraft to close it. Not by throwing ads at a problem and hoping for the best - but by building a proper marketing strategy around your business first.

Why we do things differently

Kirk has spent years learning how real marketing works - not the buzzwords, not the trends, but the systems behind growth. He saw so many business owners in Tokoroa, Tauranga, and towns across NZ working incredibly hard - great at their trade, great with people - but still struggling to get found, explain what makes them different, or turn enquiries into actual customers.

Most weren't failing. They just didn't have a proper strategy - or anyone to help them build one. And if something won't work for your business, I'll tell you that too — before you spend a dollar.
